To qualify for the program, applicants must:

1. Have valid health insurance coverage in Greece
2. Hold a valid visa at the time of application to enter Greece
3. Choose one of the following investment options:
   • Invest a minimum of 250,000 euros in specialized real estate projects, such as converting commercial properties into residential units or restoring listed buildings
   • Purchase a single property worth at least 400,000 euros, with a minimum size of 120 square meters, in eligible areas
   • Buy real estate in Athens, Thessaloniki, or islands with more than 3,100 inhabitants, with a minimum investment of 800,000 euros
4. Consider alternative investment options, such as:
   • A 10-year lease or timeshare agreement for hotel accommodations or furnished tourist residences, valued at either 400,000 or 800,000 euros depending on the investment zone
   • A fixed-term deposit of at least 500,000 euros in a Greek financial institution
   • A capital contribution of 500,000 euros in a public limited real estate investment company operating in Greece
   • Purchase of Greek government bonds worth at least 500,000 euros, with a minimum maturity of three years
   • Investment in shares, corporate bonds, or mutual funds with a minimum value of 350,000 euros, focused on Greek markets
