To obtain permanent residence (PR) in Singapore, applicants must meet one of the following investment requirements:

• Option A: Invest SGD 10 million in a new or existing Singapore-based business. This must include paid-up capital, with a minimum of 30 employees, half of whom must be Singaporean citizens. If investing in an existing business, at least 10 new employees must be hired.
• Option B: Allocate SGD 25 million into a government-approved fund that directly invests in Singapore-based companies.
• Option C: Establish a single-family office in Singapore with at least SGD 200 million in assets under management (AUM). A minimum of SGD 50 million must be deployed in eligible investments, such as:
  • Listed companies on Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)-licensed exchanges
  • Singaporean debt securities, including bonds and commercial papers
  • Funds regulated in Singapore
  • Private equity investments in unlisted Singapore-based businesses
  • To qualify for renewal, at least five new professionals must be hired within five years, three of whom must be Singaporean citizens.
