To qualify for citizenship, applicants must:

1. Be at least 18 years old
2. Have no criminal record
3. Choose one of the following investment options:
   • Purchase real estate valued at a minimum of 300,000 USD from an approved development, with a required holding period of at least five years
   • Invest a minimum of 250,000 USD in an approved enterprise project, covering the main applicant and up to three dependents, with applicable administrative fees
   • Make a non-refundable contribution of 240,000 USD to the National Economic Fund, covering the main applicant and up to three dependents
     • Additional 20,000 USD for each dependent over 18
     • Additional 10,000 USD for each dependent under 18
   • Invest at least 300,000 USD in government bonds, which must be held for a minimum of five years, along with a 50,000 USD administrative fee
4. Pay all required government processing and due diligence fees

3. Sign the agreement and submit the necessary fees
4. Prepare and submit the application for citizenship to the government
5. Complete a mandatory virtual interview for the main applicant
6. Undergo the government’s due diligence review process
7. Receive approval for citizenship application
8. Fulfill post-approval requirements, including finalizing the investment and any additional fees
9. Obtain full citizenship and receive a St. Lucian passport
