To qualify for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, applicants must:
- Make a qualifying investment in a commercial enterprise linked to a government-approved regional center:

- Invest at least 1.05 million USD in a project outside a targeted employment area
- Create or preserve at least ten full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers

- Reside continuously in the U.S. for five years, ensuring that no absence exceeds six months to qualify for citizenship
To qualify for the E2 Franchise Visa Program, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of a country that has an E2 treaty agreement with the United States
- Invest a substantial amount of capital into a U.S. business, typically ranging from 100,000 USD to 300,000 USD, depending on the franchise
- Hold at least 50% ownership of the business and actively participate in its management
- Ensure that the franchise is a viable, active business capable of generating sufficient income to support the investor and their family
- Demonstrate that the investment funds were obtained legally
- Prove an intent to depart the U.S. when the visa expires, though the visa can be renewed indefinitely as long as the business remains operational
