St. Kitts and Nevis offers a well-established citizenship by investment program, providing investors with a secure and reputable path to second citizenship








To qualify for citizenship, applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have no criminal record
- Choose one of the following investment options:
- Make a non-refundable contribution of 250,000 USD to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) fund, covering the main applicant and up to three dependents
- Additional 50,000 USD for each dependent over 18
- Additional 25,000 USD for each dependent under 18
- Contribute a minimum of 250,000 USD to an Approved Public Benefit Project
- Purchase real estate from an approved development with a minimum value of 325,000 USD for condominium units or 600,000 USD for a single-family residence, with resale options available after seven years under specified conditions
- Make a non-refundable contribution of 250,000 USD to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) fund, covering the main applicant and up to three dependents
- Pay all required government fees and processing costs
