The Application Process
Along with standard personal documents, applicants must provide medical records, vaccination certificates, certified police clearance reports, and any relevant court documents.
Approved applicants will receive a conditional green card valid for two years. Once the required job creation or retention criteria are met, the conditions on the green card are lifted.
To qualify for U.S. citizenship, applicants must maintain continuous residence for five years and not remain outside the country for more than six months at a time.
