Dominica imposes no minimum physical presence requirement, allowing citizenship to be retained without ever visiting the country. The program is fully remote, and passports can be issued without on-island presence.

Even though there are no formal stay obligations, maintaining minimal ties (e.g., travel stamps, online civic engagement) is advisable to avoid future legislative shifts. As of mid-2025, no exemptions are needed, as there are no mandatory visits.
