Portugal’s Golden Visa program permits broad family reunification, allowing the main applicant to include qualifying dependents under a single investment umbrella. Eligible dependents include:

Inclusion of dependents requires comprehensive documentation, including birth certificates, school enrollment confirmations, affidavits of financial support, and, in certain cases, proof of shared residence. All documents must be officially translated into Portuguese and legalized via apostille or consular verification.

Adding family members at a later stage may require new biometrics, duplicated legal efforts, and non-trivial administrative costs.
